Frequently Asked
Answers to the most common questions about the decision-making process and decision coaching.
At the root of difficulty in deciding lie an abundance of options (the paradox of choice), the fear of making a mistake, and anxiety about future expectations (look-ahead bias). As our mind tries to solve every possibility at once, it falls into analysis paralysis.
To ease your decision-making and uncover the invisible reasons behind this difficulty, you can explore my approach on the About page.
There is no "single absolute right decision" in life. The healthiest decision is one supported by rational data, weighed against intuition, and — most importantly — one whose responsibility you take on. To overcome indecision, you need to narrow your options, rationalize the worst-case scenario, and act in small steps.
A decision coach doesn't tell you what to do or give advice. Through powerful questions, they clear the noise of the external voices in your mind and help you recognize your own values and priorities. By moving past the blocks in your decision-making, they support you in choosing from your own center.

The healthiest decisions are those where intuition and rational data work in confluence. While logic draws the rational framework, intuition tells us our personal truth within that framework. The coaching process helps balance these two mechanisms.
For our mind, thinking, planning, researching, and even daydreaming are all intense "actions." We often mistake this mental effort for real action and burn our energy while actually standing still. Real progress and change begin when mental preparation turns into concrete, physical action.
Through coaching and mentoring, we take your decisions out of the loops spinning in your mind; with an action-focused approach, we turn them into measurable steps. So instead of getting stuck in the planning phase, you start making real progress by taking steps in the real world.
The initial excitement of starting to act on a decision is temporary. The most basic reason decisions are left unfinished is tying the process solely to momentary motivation or willpower. If the decision isn't fully aligned with your deepest values (your intrinsic motivation), or if the inevitable costs of the journey aren't accepted in advance, the mind wants to retreat to its old comfort zone at the first difficulty.
Through coaching and mentoring, we carry your decisions beyond passing whims and turn them into sustainable systems suited to your life's rhythm. Consistency in resolve is possible not by fighting yourself, but by nourishing your decision with your values and with steps.
Coaching and mentoring are two different companions that nourish each other in decision processes. Coaching is a mirror that, without giving advice, helps you discover your own values, obstacles, and answers through powerful questions and active listening. Mentoring, on the other hand, involves sharing experience and offering different perspectives.
In our work, we combine these two approaches dynamically: we proceed on a coaching foundation so that your decision and responsibility remain entirely yours, while at the points where you get stuck, we ease your path with eye-opening mentoring support. Whatever you need at each stage, that's the approach we take.
