My Journey

For 15 years, I led and managed across different cultures and industries. I worked with managers, with teams, and with business owners. I lived in different countries and entirely different cities; I took on wholly separate roles at the same time.

I witnessed up close not only the results but the moments of decision that produce them; I saw what decisions — made, postponed, or handed off to someone else — cost people over time, and how change processes actually work.

Each time, I returned to the same truth:

"When a person is at peace with themselves, knows what they want, and makes their decision consciously, change stops being a burden and turns into a meaningful journey of discovery."

Why These Areas?

Parenting & Child

As both a daughter and a mother, I saw that positive thinking and fears are learned, that potential gets suppressed, and that choices are sometimes made by today's certainties.

And the result? Lives are often lived as if — going through the motions.

Yet more productive and sustainable growth is possible. And the path runs through today's children — the grown-ups of tomorrow.

That's why, by working with parents, I help them deepen their awareness of the decisions they make and their effects, make this journey easier to carry, and open space for their children to discover their own paths.

Migration & Adaptation

As someone who has lived in different countries and started over each time, I know that every relocation is not merely a physical move; it leaves deep marks on identity, belonging, and dreams.

Decisions are sometimes sudden, sometimes forced; their effects reveal themselves over time, and many people begin to live "as if" during this process.

Yet, with conscious awareness and the right support, these transitions can turn into a more productive and sustainable opportunity for growth.

That's why, by working with people going through migration and adaptation, I help them see the challenges, decisions, and effects together, open space to discover their own paths, and shape their new lives consciously.

Leadership & Balance

Throughout my life I took on different roles. Some were visible, some were not. But they all had one thing in common: carrying the responsibility of the decisions made.

Over the years I saw this: the hardest part isn't making the right decision, but being able to carry its responsibility over time.

The difference between those who can find balance in moments of decision and those who feel crushed under the weight is, more often than not, awareness rather than knowledge.

That's why, working in the area of leadership and balance, I explore together how decisions are carried through life, and help make the weight of leadership more bearable and sustainable.

Youth & Future

Throughout my journey I saw that the greatest contradictions arise in our younger years, when we have the least experience. I know firsthand the weight of having to make life's most critical decisions before we've even fully discovered who we are.

I've witnessed young people, caught between the free spirit of childhood and the responsibility of the future, often step into an "as-if" future by living out other people's dreams.

Yet real strength lies not in telling them what to do, but in opening a "safe space" where they can be heard without judgment and discover their own inner compass. That's why, by working with young people, I help them recognize their potential early, take conscious ownership of their decisions, and see their future not as a burden but as an exciting journey of discovery.

Process & System

As someone who has worked in different organizations, I saw that most bottlenecks arise not from people but from the invisible gap between what is wanted and what is actually needed.

Even the most flawless software or the strictest procedure cannot improve a process no one takes ownership of. And structures quietly break down over time.

Yet when we address the technical flows within processes together with human behavior and decision mechanisms, uncertainty gives way to a sustainable order.

That's why, by working with teams and processes, I help them make structural breakdowns visible, clarify responsibilities, and turn operational chaos into sustainable systems that don't burn out.

Manifesto

My Coaching Approach

My Philosophy

I begin change not to repair a deficiency, but to notice and enrich what already exists.

I believe that when a person sees their own worth, growth begins naturally.

What I Do as a Decision Coach

  • I don't hand out solutions.
  • I don't steer you.

Instead, I open a space where you can hear your own voice and take ownership of your decisions without putting them off.

This space serves creating value, not paying a price; sustainable growth, not temporary relief.

My Stance

As individuals who know what they want,
who don't put their decisions off,
and who create value instead of paying a price,
I believe in growing and flourishing together.

Education & Experience

NGO & Volunteering | Trainer, Coordinator, Mentor · ÇYDD, Bilim Kızı

Her journey into civil society began in 1999 as a scholarship recipient of the Association for the Support of Contemporary Living (ÇYDD), and from an early age it took shape around creating social value.

Beginning with teaching in village schools during her high-school years, this journey evolved into roles as a trainer, project coordinator, and mentor in projects supporting young people's development.

The experience she gained in civil-society work placed the importance of opening space for potential, setting direction through conscious choices, and sustainable growth at the center of her professional approach.

Today she carries this experience forward through mentoring and coaching that help young people, trainers, and women recognize their potential, strengthen their personal development, and take part in social and economic life by advancing in the fields they care about.

Professional Coaching
Adler Central EuropeICF

Professional Coaching

A focus on positive psychology, conscious choice, and responsibility.

The Adler approach rests on a positive-psychology-based understanding that places trust in the individual's potential and power of choice at its center.

Here, positivity does not mean ignoring reality; it means recognizing one's capacity to create meaning and set direction, whatever the circumstances.

This training deepened question-based working skills that:

  • create awareness,
  • activate the individual's own resources, and
  • support moving forward through conscious choices rather than reactions.

15+ Years of Experience

15+ Years of Experience

Multicultural, cross-industry corporate experience.

Her international experience across the service, food, healthcare, and textile (manufacturing) sectors in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Turkey rests on a multilayered career — from field operations to process management, continuous improvement, internal audit, business analysis, and transformation projects.

Throughout her career, rather than solving recurring problems, she focused on building systems that prevent those problems from recurring. By making visible the risks, uncertainties, and breaking points that shape management decisions, she created a foundation for sustainable decisions and execution in organizations.

In her work she adopted a holistic approach that considers process, system, data, and the human dimension together — an approach that today forms the basis of the decision-, clarity-, and responsibility-focused work she carries out with individuals and teams.

Business Excellence Management (MSc)

Coaching-style leadership, change, transformation, and an organizational lens.

She completed her Master's degree in Business Excellence Management at the University of Warwick.

Through a case-based, experiential learning approach, it gave her both theoretical and practical grounding in coaching-style leadership, process improvement, change management, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence.

It helped me develop a strong systems lens — one that sees the interaction between individual performance and organizational systems and evaluates the impact of decisions within a holistic framework.
