When you fill out the contact form on our website or reach out via our WhatsApp line, the following data may be processed:

  • Identity Data: Your first and last name.
  • Contact Data: Your phone number and email address.
  • Message Content: Notes and requests you voluntarily share in your message.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Planning appointment and introductory-call processes,
  • Responding to your questions and maintaining communication,
  • Carrying out the coaching service processes.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact forms on our website, the WhatsApp link, or directly via email/phone. This data is processed on the legal basis set out in Article 5/2-c of the KVKK — namely, that processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract."

4. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad. However, if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button on our website, your personal data will be transferred abroad due to WhatsApp’s service provider (Meta Platforms, Inc.) storing data on servers located outside of Turkey. In accordance with the 2024 amendments to Article 9 of the KVKK, this transfer is based on the appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) provided by the service provider and/or the derogation for specific (occasional) situations in order to fulfill your communication request. Using WhatsApp is entirely voluntary.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the Data Controller you may exercise the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties, in the country or abroad, to whom it has been transferred,
  • To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Law,
  • To request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for damages in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
