From Anywhere in the World
Online sessions, no borders

You express your inner world best
in your native language.

Thinking in a foreign language narrows the depth of your decisions. Without having to explain the cultural context, we can focus directly on "your" issues.

🗣️

No Language Barrier

Express your emotions, worries, and dreams fully in Turkish. Speak the way you think, with nothing lost in translation.

🤝

Cultural Empathy

Family pressure, social expectations, the paradox of "living away from home" — you don't have to explain each one. We already understand the context.

🕐

Aligned With European Time Zones

Flexible session times aligned with Germany (CET/CEST) and the UK (GMT/BST). Sessions are online (Zoom/Teams) — join from anywhere.

Life abroad calls for
decisions of your own.

Migrating is not just changing countries; it's rebuilding your identity, your career, and your family on a new plane. If any of the questions below feel familiar, you're in the right place.

01

Should I stay or should I go back?

This question, spread across years, grows heavier every year. Instead of a definitive verdict, a conscious choice is possible.

02

Career uncertainty in a foreign system

Does my experience from Turkey count here? A promotion, a career change, or an independent venture?

03

Being neither fully Turkish nor fully local

The feeling of being stuck between two cultures. How does the search for belonging make decisions harder?

04

Raising bicultural children

Which language should they learn first? Which values should be passed on? How should the school system be navigated?

05

Family and relationship decisions

Distance from parents back in Turkey, marriage decisions, cultural tensions in relationship dynamics.

06

Being unable to act, getting stuck

You know where you're going, but you just can't get moving. This is exactly where coaching works.

In 4 steps, at your own pace.

Sessions are online (Zoom/Teams), 45–60 minutes, with 15 days between them. The responsibility for putting decisions into action is entirely yours; I encourage you to take action and facilitate your thinking process.

1

Free Discovery Call

20 minutes. We talk about where you stand and what's challenging you. Together we assess whether coaching is right for you.

2

Setting Goals and Agenda

In the first session, we identify the most critical issue on your agenda. You set the direction of the process.

3

Regular Sessions

45–60 minutes, every two weeks. With digital tools, we make abstract concepts concrete and clarify your options.

4

Decision Clarity

Turning the process into action is up to you. My role is to challenge your thinking on this journey and support your progress.

Questions on your mind

Does online coaching from abroad really work?

Yes. Thanks to today's technology, online sessions are just as effective as in-person ones. With digital whiteboards and screen sharing, making abstract decisions concrete can be even more practical than meeting face to face.

Will the time-zone difference be a problem?

No. Flexible session schedules are arranged to fit CET/CEST (Germany, the Netherlands) and GMT/BST (UK) times. The session time is set entirely around your schedule.

How many sessions are needed?

The process varies from person to person. An initial stage of 4–8 sessions is usually recommended. The decision is entirely yours; you can end the process at any session.

A free discovery call is all it takes to begin.

If you feel stuck inside your decisions, worn out from trying to do the right thing, and you'd like to move past it from your own comfort zone through online sessions, you can get in touch with me.
